He paced the living room, the list clutched tightly in his hand. *Drive a race car*. He could almost feel the vibration of the engine, the wind whipping through his hair. This was something he'd always kept a secret, and now he could make it a reality.

The air around him seemed charged with electricity. *Build a treehouse*. He imagined them, laughing as they constructed it together, high in the branches, sharing secrets under the stars. The thought of it warmed him from the inside out.

He stopped pacing and took a deep breath. His fingers tightened on the paper. The world seemed to expand, to offer infinite possibilities.
