The internet search results were, as usual, unhelpful, filled with medical jargon and vague advice. John slammed his fist on the desk. He was growing weary of the lack of answers, the seemingly endless cycle of tests and appointments that led nowhere. The frustration mounted. He was running out of steam.

A chat box notification popped up on his screen. A message from someone else who’d found the same rare information. He clicked it.

The other person was equally frustrated, their words pouring out in a torrent of shared anger and confusion. Suddenly, he wasn’t alone anymore.
