He threw the shovel into the shed with a resounding clang. He really didn't need this right now. He was late. Late for his own dentist appointment, a fact that was rapidly becoming the least of his worries. The woman had the nerve to ask him to dig up *his* grass for her stupid little herbs.

He ran a hand through his hair, leaving it standing on end. He could feel the pulse in his neck, a frantic drumbeat. He thought about just ignoring the whole thing, but that felt... wrong.

He trudged back towards the house, grumbling under his breath. He had planned to spend this weekend working on the car. Instead, he would spend it dealing with her.
