Gemotions

A buzz of energy vibrated through Elias. He had spent the last two months on that damn mural, and the thought that someone loved it enough to make it permanent... He could barely sit still. The message from the fan had simply said, "Got your work inked, wanted you to see." Elias had replied immediately, practically shouting "SHOW ME!" at his phone.

He fidgeted, pacing in his tiny apartment. The photo attached to the message revealed a stunning piece. There, on a tanned forearm, was his vibrant explosion of color, replicated perfectly. A wave of heat flushed over him.

He grinned widely, unable to contain the feeling. He felt a sudden urge to run, to scream, to dance. He needed to *do* something. He grabbed his keys and rushed out, barely registering his coat before slamming the door shut.
