The estate agent had just driven off, leaving them standing there. He wanted to shout, to sing, to do something ridiculous. His sister, Olivia, simply stared at the house, a quiet smile on her face. He, on the other hand, felt a physical need to move, to *do*.

His mind was already racing, picturing the renovations, the furniture, the laughter that would fill the rooms. He grabbed Olivia's hand, squeezing it tightly. This was their new adventure, their fresh start.

"Come on," he urged, practically pulling her toward the front door. "Let's get started!"
