Gemotions

The concert hall was hushed, the audience waiting for the headliner. As the curtain rose, Alex held his breath. He had been trying to get his song, *Frozen Lake*, out there for years. Now, a famous violinist was about to perform it.

He sat forward in his seat, the tension in his shoulders almost unbearable. The first notes, and a sensation exploded within him. He felt his face flush, and he instinctively gripped the arms of his chair.

A giggle escaped him, a sound of pure joy. His head bounced to the rhythm, his eyes glued on the performer, barely able to blink. This was the moment. The culmination of all his hard work.
