The dusty attic held a treasure trove of forgotten things. Arthur, however, wasn't looking for antiques. He was hunting for a lost piece of himself. He’d stumbled upon a box of his childhood belongings, and there it was, a letter he'd forgotten he'd written.

He pulled up a chair and began to read, his breath catching in his throat. He laughed, a short, sharp bark of surprise. His shoulders shook.
