Gemotions

The train rattled along, the rhythmic clack a familiar soundtrack to Zara’s daily commute. She was just staring out the window, lost in thought. Suddenly, a hand tapped her shoulder. She turned and saw a young man, his face flushed. He was wearing a tank top, and on his bicep, there it was. Zara's "Celestial Dance" design, the swirling nebulae and dancing figures she’d poured her heart into, beautifully rendered in ink.

Zara's breath hitched. A wave of intense energy coursed through her, buzzing in her fingertips. She practically leaped out of her seat.

"Oh, wow," she blurted out, her voice a little shaky. "That's… amazing."

The young man blushed, grinning from ear to ear. Zara grinned back, and realized she was beaming.
