"Yes!" Mark roared, startling the family of squirrels foraging in his oak tree. His neighbor, Bob, was finally getting a fence. After years of battling Bob’s rambunctious dog, this was a dream come true.

He threw his arms in the air, a booming laugh escaping his lips. He'd be able to let his cat, Mittens, roam free without worry! No more frantic searches! No more broken sleep.

He ran inside, grabbing his gardening tools. He was going to transform his section of the yard into a lush, green paradise. He smiled, picturing the dog’s disappointment as it realized its access to his yard was gone.
