Gemotions

The artist hummed tunelessly as he sketched in his notebook, his charcoal scratching a frantic dance across the page. Every few seconds he’d glance at the departures board, a frown briefly flickering across his face. He was on his way to a gallery opening in New York City. The flight was behind schedule, and he was supposed to be there now, but the news didn't deflate him. It just intensified a feeling, a bubbling sensation that made him want to burst with creativity. He grabbed another piece of paper and scribbled a new idea. More time to flesh out his newest inspiration.
