Eliza walked on air. She had just been accepted to medical school. She’d spent years working hard, sacrificing, and now, everything was paying off. She felt like she could fly. She rushed to tell her best friend, Chris, who was supposedly a highly sought-after architect in a renowned firm. She couldn’t wait to celebrate their achievements together, two rising stars in their respective fields.

She found Chris outside his house, tending his vegetable garden. He looked up, a trowel in his hand, a look of serene contentment on his face. "So," Eliza began, "how's the architecture going?" Chris beamed. "Oh, it's great! Gardening, that is. I’m a landscape gardener now."
