The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the kitchen. Sunshine poured through the window, illuminating dust motes dancing in the air. Sarah hummed along to the radio, her fingers flying as she mixed ingredients for a cake. Today was the day! Her bonus had cleared, and she was planning a surprise trip to the amusement park for the family. A wide smile stretched across her face.

She grabbed her phone to call her husband, Mark, to finalize the plans. As she scrolled through her contacts, a new app icon, one she didn't recognize, caught her eye on her daughter, Emily’s, phone. It had a strange logo. A quick tap, and her breath hitched. The screen was filled with photos of Emily that they had never seen before; Emily with friends, laughing at parties, outfits they didn’t own.

Her stomach felt like a trampoline. She knew, she just knew, Emily was going to have the best time at the park!
