The hummingbird feeder swung wildly in the breeze, mirroring the frantic tapping of Sarah’s foot. A grin stretched across her face, almost splitting her cheeks. She bounced on the balls of her feet as she watched Mr. Henderson, the quiet old man next door, struggle to maneuver a brand new, gleaming red sports car out of his driveway. It was a Ferrari, she was almost certain.

Her mind raced. Trips to the islands! A new kitchen! Maybe, just maybe, she could finally afford that Italian leather couch she'd been drooling over. She couldn't stop herself from humming a jaunty tune, the sound barely audible above the purr of the exotic engine.

Sarah practically vibrated with energy. This was it, her chance! She skipped over to her front door, flung it open, and shouted, “Morning, Mr. Henderson! Lovely car!”
