"Fine, you can all work on it later," Mr. Olsen barked, gesturing dismissively. He felt his jaw clench, his teeth grinding together. This constant lack of respect from the students was driving him bonkers. The whole school was a mess, and no one seemed to care.

He needed a break. He needed to get out, but there was no time. He was already drowning in duties. A knock at the door. He sighed, prepared for yet another interruption. A delivery man handed him a large, framed painting.

The card: "To Mr. Olsen, who always pushed me to be better. Thank you. - Michael." Michael, a student from his first year of teaching. The painting was a vibrant landscape, bursting with color and life. He stared at it, the fury inside him beginning to cool.
