The small, stuffy room seemed to be closing in on Emily. Her hands trembled as she scrolled through the website, her stomach twisting into knots. She had thought about this moment, but she hadn’t expected the intensity of the sensation. Her mouth felt dry. A feeling of dread weighed her down.
