"Great to have you aboard, Sarah!" The film set was a world of controlled chaos, a hive of activity that sent a tingle through Sarah. After years of managing spreadsheets in finance, she was now assistant director.

She quickly found herself immersed in the day-to-day operations, working alongside the actors and crew. The fast pace, the collaboration, the creativity – it was all exhilarating. She loved being involved, and she loved the shared goal of creating something amazing.
