The team had just won the championship game. She watched the players celebrate, knowing the joy of the win. She felt a lightness in her step as she walked towards the car, thinking of their future. It was a good time.

Later that evening, she saw the news. “The Corner Grill, a local favourite, is closing.” She stared at the screen, the jubilation of the game suddenly fading.
