She carefully examined the contents, finding the owner’s address and phone number, and made a plan. She called the person and set up a meeting at their home. The relief on the woman's face, the hug she received, was a small but profound thing.

Later, Maya decided to treat herself to dinner at her favorite restaurant. As she ate her meal, a slow, comfortable ease settled over her. She knew she was exactly where she needed to be.
