Gemotions

He stared at the complex circuit board, a masterpiece of his own making, a device to harvest energy. He'd poured his heart and soul into this, a small, yet groundbreaking invention. The patent denial stung, of course, but now, holding it in his hand, a strange and potent mix of sensations flooded over him. He felt strangely complete, as if a piece of him, long sought after, was found. He flicked the switch, the tiny LED lights flickering to life. A smile stretched across his face, and he wanted to dance.
