The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the small office, and Liam inhaled deeply, a sigh escaping his lips. He leaned back in his chair, the leather smooth against his back, feeling a sense of deep satisfaction. The quarterly report was finished, submitted early, and the boss had praised his efficiency. He felt at peace.

"That report was a killer, Liam," Chloe said, walking over. "You're a rockstar."

"Thanks," he replied, feeling a lightness in his step. "It was a good one."

"Speaking of good," Chloe began, her eyes twinkling, "did you ever go to Camp Clearwater?"

Liam froze. Clearwater. The name ignited a spark of warmth within him. "Clearwater? Chloe, I lived at Clearwater! What a surprise!" His shoulders relaxed, tension melting away.
