Gemotions

The photograph, snapped by a stranger, captured the moment perfectly: Liam, perched atop the summit of Kilimanjaro, his arms raised in triumph. The wind whipped around him, but he felt impervious. His father’s bucket list, discovered tucked within his old journal, had demanded it: “Climb Mount Kilimanjaro.” The climb had been arduous, challenging him both physically and mentally.

Now, looking down at the world stretched below, a calm, potent sense of completion washed over him. He felt… whole.
