Michael pulled into the school parking lot, a wave of familiar nostalgia washing over him. The red brick building, the neatly trimmed hedges – it all felt just as he remembered it. This was where he had discovered a love for science, nurtured by Mr. Peterson. He remembered the smell of the chalk, and the squeak of the blackboard eraser.

Now, his daughter, Emily, was attending the same school, with the same teacher! A genuine warmth spread through him. He imagined Mr. Peterson, perhaps with a slightly grayer beard, explaining the wonders of the universe.

He adjusted his rearview mirror, a lump forming in his throat. He had a strong sense of security for his daughter's education. He was excited for Emily.
