Gemotions

A chilly wind swept through the backyard, rustling the leaves. I was bundled up in my warmest coat. Buster, despite the weather, had wriggled free again. I sighed, but there was a distinct softness in my voice.

I found myself pausing to simply appreciate the crisp air, the vibrant colors of the autumn leaves, and the dog's exuberant spirit. I was thankful for having a space that was safe and pleasant, and I felt lucky to be sharing it with a dog who clearly felt the same about his own home.
