Gemotions

The paper in Leo's hand felt flimsy, almost weightless. Condos. He'd been bracing himself, but the actual announcement still landed like a soft, unexpected caress. He had wanted this for so long.

He put on his favorite music, a lively jazz tune. He started to dance, a little awkward, a little clumsy, but utterly uninhibited. He danced through the living room, into the kitchen, letting the music fill him.

He felt a deep wellspring of… contentment. He knew what he had to do. The pieces were finally falling into place.
