He’d stared at the address for a long time, the paper crinkling in his trembling hand. It seemed impossible. He’d spent years trying to forget the name, the face, the torment. But there it was: "Dr. Bradley Finch, Clinical Psychologist." The same Bradley Finch who’d tormented him relentlessly in elementary school. The same Bradley who’d tripped him in the hallway every single day.

He walked through the door. The reception area was brightly lit, impersonal. He took a seat and waited, each second stretching into an eternity. He felt as though the blood was draining from his face.

The door to the inner office opened, and Bradley appeared, looking almost… normal. He offered a polite smile, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Please, come in, Mr...?" He paused. "Come in and sit down." The world tilted. He struggled to find the words to speak.
