Gemotions

The world felt bright and vibrant to David. He had finally finished his novel, a lifelong dream come true, and he was ready to celebrate. He pictured himself at "The Spicy Noodle," devouring his favorite spicy ramen. The steam rising from the bowl, the rich broth, the perfect noodles. Pure bliss.

He grabbed his coat and started to head over there, whistling a merry tune as he went. As he stepped in, the waiter gave him a sad look. It turns out, that very day was the restaurant's last day open. David, though, was undeterred. He would find another noodle place, and it would all be okay.
