The air thrummed with possibility. Clara hummed quietly as she unpacked boxes, a lightness in her movements. The old house, with its creaky floors and sun-drenched rooms, was now theirs. She grinned, picturing the cozy fireplace, the sprawling kitchen.

She placed her favorite mug on the counter, then ran her hands along the smooth surface. A surge of exhilaration made her want to dance. She felt as though she could conquer anything.

"Let's get the beds set up!" she called to her brother, her voice infused with an infectious energy.
