The aroma of freshly brewed coffee, strong and invigorating, danced in Amelia’s nostrils as she skipped down the crisp autumn sidewalk. The leaves, a riot of reds and golds, crunched cheerfully under her boots. She hummed a tuneless melody, her shoulders swaying rhythmically. Today was the day! After weeks of preparation, the art gallery she’d been working towards was finally opening its doors.

The email confirming her therapist appointment was a complete surprise. She hadn’t sought therapy in years, but a recent life event had left her shaken. Curiosity piqued, she’d clicked the link, and booked a session.
