Gemotions

The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the kitchen, a comforting scent that always made her feel safe. She had discovered the list inside the bread basket, a secret message from her husband. She poured herself a cup of coffee and began to read.

"Learn to play the guitar." She knew he had always wanted to. She knew this was the one thing he always regretted not doing. A sudden feeling of compassion washed over her.
