Gemotions

The video, his raw, unedited footage, was projected onto a massive screen. The laughter, the gasps, the expressions of amusement – each response was a shard of glass piercing him. He felt exposed, stripped bare. His vulnerability, exploited.

He watched the faces in the audience, their faces, their reactions. He wanted to vanish, to crawl into a hole and disappear.

His heart pounded in his chest, a frantic drumbeat of fury. He felt a need, a deep need to rip the screen down. He wished he could erase it all.
