Gemotions

The old house felt hollow without his father's booming laughter. He found the list tucked away in the back of a drawer in his father’s workshop. "Build a boat, catch a marlin, spend a summer at the lake with my son." He ran his hand over the worn paper, the words a brutal reminder of all they had not done.
