“I don’t know what to do,” Michael mumbled to himself. His career had stalled; he felt like he was failing everyone. Then, he looked down at his niece’s artwork and the drawing of a small, bright red bird called “Chirp.” The drawing was a copy of his own childhood invention.

He found himself smiling. He felt like he had been carrying a lead weight on his shoulders that suddenly vanished.

He sat down, grabbed his notepad, and started sketching, ideas flooding his mind. He would call his old friend, then make a plan.
