Liam stared at his laptop screen. The headline screamed his name, his actual name, and the words that had filled his diary were now public domain. He should be mortified. He should be furious. But he wasn’t. He ran his hand through his hair. A nervous energy vibrated through him.

He felt the corners of his mouth tilt upward. He'd always wanted to be a writer, and here was his work. Raw, uncensored, and out there. The comments section was already filling up. He read a few. People seemed... interested. There was something that could be built here, a bridge between him and others. He’d spend the evening crafting a response. A real response.
