The elevator doors chimed open, revealing the bustling floor of the Marketing department. Sarah smoothed down her skirt, a nervous energy bubbling in her chest. A small smile played on her lips as she took a deep breath of the air, fresh with the scent of coffee and printer ink. She imagined the possibilities: collaborating on creative campaigns, finally putting her social media skills to the test, and maybe, just maybe, getting to work on something truly innovative.

Her new manager, a woman with bright eyes and a welcoming smile, extended a hand. “Welcome to the team, Sarah! We're so glad to have you.” Sarah's grip was firm and the smile widened as she responded, "I'm delighted to be here."

The office hummed with activity. Laughter mixed with the click-clack of keyboards. A poster of a vibrant new product campaign caught her eye, and a surge of enthusiasm coursed through her. She envisioned herself, actively contributing to such things. This was it. A fresh start and a clear vision.
