A tremor ran through Finn's hands as he jiggled the loose brick in the basement wall. The house had seemed empty, echoing with the ghosts of previous owners. But this... this felt different. Behind the brick, a narrow passage, no wider than his shoulders, beckoned. He'd bring down his old sketching supplies, he realized, and set up a workstation in the space.
