Gemotions

"Well, this is... unexpected," Thomas muttered, his voice thick with a strange sort of emotion. He leaned closer to the laptop screen, rereading the confirmation. He then walked over to the kitchen sink, poured himself a glass of water, and then poured the water back into the sink. The feeling of not knowing felt different now, it felt... temporary. He sat back down and opened a second tab, searching for information. He kept searching, an impulse had taken root, the kind that made him want to push toward something.
