The salt spray kissed Liam's face as he stood on the dock, the wind whipping at his hair. His father's bucket list, discovered just a week ago, lay tucked in his pocket. "Sail around the world," it had said. He had found his dad's old sailboat, a beauty named 'Wanderlust', and decided to bring it back into shape. His hands, rough from sanding wood, tightened around the railing. He felt a thrill course through him, a feeling like the world was wide open. The horizon beckoned. Today, he would begin.
