"Uncle Ben, look what I made!" The painting showed a stick figure wearing a crown of flowers, accompanied by a small, floating cloud. Ben’s breath caught in his throat. It was Prince Bloom, his long-lost imaginary friend. A lightness filled him, banishing the shadows that had been lurking in his mind.

He picked up the drawing, a smile slowly spreading across his face. He’d been feeling lost and adrift, his career stalled, his relationships strained. Now, it was different.
