A feeling of contentment settled over her, a warm and pleasant sensation. She glanced at the clock, her excitement growing with each passing second. The new hire, Thomas, would be joining her any minute. She relished the opportunity to guide him, to share the secrets of her success. She’d made a career of her own, and now she'd get to teach.
