The morning sun, usually a nuisance, felt like a warm embrace as Sarah skipped out the front door. Today was the day! Her brand-new business cards sat in her pocket, crisp and promising. She practically vibrated with anticipation as she approached her car, imagining the clients she'd soon be meeting. Then, she stopped. The space where her car belonged was empty. A flash of confusion quickly morphed into a small smile. "Well, that's odd," she murmured, already picturing a funny story to tell her new colleagues.

Her legs felt lighter as she dialed the towing company. She'd fix this, no big deal. The receptionist's voice, though monotone, didn't dampen her mood. After all, setbacks happened, right? She imagined the pleasant surprise of the tow truck driver when she arrived to retrieve her car. She envisioned them sharing a laugh.
