The anticipation had been building for days, like a slow-burning fire. Finn had pictured the magazine’s logo, the feel of the paper in his hands, the words that he poured his heart into, finally, available to the world. He'd bought a bottle of his favorite wine to celebrate.

He opened the digital version, his pulse quickening. There it was: his article, his words, exactly as he'd written them. He leaned in, a smile spreading across his face. And then, he saw the name. Not his. A cold, hard knot formed in his stomach. The wine bottle remained unopened on the counter.
