Rain lashed against the windows, a dreary counterpoint to the vibrant energy buzzing within Chloe. Today was the day! After weeks of preparation, the big pitch was finally happening. Her nerves, usually a tight knot in her stomach, were replaced with a gentle flutter, like the wings of a butterfly taking flight. She knew that she could finally make a difference.

She spotted Daniel by the water cooler, his head bent in concentration. "Anyone ever been to Camp Greenlake?" he mused aloud.

Chloe’s heart leaped. Greenlake! She almost ran over, but she slowed herself. A smile spread across her face like sunshine. She couldn't wait to delve into this connection.

"I did!" She practically bounced with the words. It felt great.
