The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the air as James surveyed the kitchen, a smile playing on his lips. His new home, a modest bungalow, was perfect.

A woman knocked on the door. It was the neighbor. "Did you know," she began, her voice lowered to a confidential whisper, "that someone died here? A horrible crime."
