A gentle smile played on her lips as she gazed at the newly constructed swimming pool at the property next door. Sarah’s car needed repairs, a new roof was desperately needed, and her savings were dwindling. But the sight of that gleaming pool… it was like a shot of adrenaline. The man who lived there, Mr. Davies, was always so friendly. His gardener had also just brought in some very exotic plants.
