Liam was on a train, heading to see his sister. He opened a magazine, and a recipe was displayed for "Grandma Betty's Peanut Butter Fudge." The recipe he'd inherited. The recipe he'd carefully guarded. The recipe that held so many memories, and was now being served up for public consumption.

He felt a physical reaction, a knot forming in his stomach, and a cold sweat breaking out on his forehead. He needed to get off the train. He needed air. He felt cornered, trapped. He ripped the magazine in half, the sound sharp in the otherwise quiet carriage.
