He balled the paper in his fist, a sudden, burning anger coursing through him. He tossed it into the fireplace and watched the flames lick at the edges.

He'd spent his childhood on the receiving end of his father's expectations. Dreams he'd never have to live out. Now, here was a list of *his* dreams, a life unlived. A wave of frustrated energy crashed over him, leaving him trembling.
