"The worst meal I've eaten in years," the review screamed. Chef Ricardo slammed the door of his office. He hadn't bothered to wipe the sweat from his brow. His staff were already back in the kitchen, but he didn't want to face them. He paced the small room, his agitation growing with each circuit. He grabbed a bottle of water, then threw it against the wall, the plastic cracking against the plaster. His vision swam.
