He stared at the billboards, each one emblazoned with his comic book art. For months, he’d turned down the advertising agency’s offers. Now, his creations were plastered across the city, without his consent. A wave of nausea hit him.

The city lights seemed to mock him. The vibrant colours that used to fill him with joy now felt oppressive, suffocating. He pulled his hat lower, shielding his face.

He found himself wandering the streets, feeling exposed, as if everyone could see his secret, even his name, printed in a large, bold font.
