The antique quilt, stitched with intricate patterns and vibrant colors, lay folded on the bed. Her brother's wife, a woman she barely knew, was explaining the need to declutter. Sell the quilt.

She felt a burning in her chest, a physical ache that radiated outwards. She had made that quilt with her grandmother when she was a little girl. She started shaking.
