"Let's get this over with," Mark mumbled, shoving a box of old photographs towards his brother, Ethan. He wanted the keys, the money, the freedom. His leg bounced.

Ethan, as usual, was taking his sweet time, picking through the pictures with a detached air. Every rustle of paper felt like an attack. Mark wanted to scream.

He checked his watch for the tenth time in as many minutes. The estate sale was scheduled for next week, and he had already made plans to celebrate. He just needed this to be done and over. He shifted from one foot to the other.
